Turn Key

Turnkey is the American expression that refers to something that is ready for immediate use.
In architecture and engineering, this term is used to define the process that encompasses all the steps necessary for the final implementation of a differentiated environment in a single contract.

In addition to the option to hire us to develop their projects or follow the Deployment Management model, our customers can choose to hire the TurnKey model, that is, when we are responsible for all stages of the process, up to final delivery, in a single contract.

In this work model, we concentrate all phases of the process, fully encompassing the labor, materials and equipment necessary for the final delivery of the work and immediate use of the new space by the client. We open access to direct contracting of materials and equipment, through our direct relationship with suppliers and factories, ensuring better prices, deadlines and final quality.
